Blake Byrd practices criminal defense and injury law and is dedicated to resolving various other legal dilemmas for his clients. Before he founded his successful solo practice, Blake practiced criminal defense and immigration law at a boutique immigration law firm in Little Rock, Arkansas. Upon graduation from law school, Blake practiced commercial litigation as an associate at a notable Little Rock law firm, serving primarily corporate clients. Blake also has served as a deputy prosecuting attorney in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
Before obtaining his law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Blake worked in the Clinton Administration in Washington, D.C. as an aide to a cabinet secretary and liaison to the White House. He is presently an adjunct instructor at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine where he lectures on criminal procedure to physicians in the forensic psychiatry fellowship. Blake was also a published member of Law Review while in law school.
Blake is admitted to practice law in both Arkansas and New York. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and Pulaski County Bar Association. The Mexican Consulate in Little Rock has also designated Blake as one of its Consulting Attorneys.
